Marketing Assistant

University City Housing (UCH) is a Philadelphia-based property management company with significant real estate holdings in and around the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Our current portfolio consists of 4,000 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate works well both individually and as part of a team, is a self-starter, possesses the ability to multi-task, works well under pressure, has strong organizational and communication (both written and verbal) skills, is proactive and creative, has a positive attitude, and has the ability to meet deadlines.

This position requires excellent computer skills; must have extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Adobe CC, and HTML.

Responsibility includes, but not limited to:

Social Media Marketing

Market Outreach to Professional Clients

Event Planning

Design and deploy email campaigns

Design print marketing material (flyers, postcards, posters, etc.)


Proficient in Graphic software such as: Adobe CS5
Experience in WordPress a plus

4 years degree from an accredited university
Must be able to take initiative and work independently

Works well in a team atmosphere as well as independently without supervision
Independent thinker who is self-motivated
Strong organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate with marketing team to create design solutions that meet company objectives in an innovative and creative way
