Regional Make-Ready Operations Manager
UCH is seeking an experienced and energetic Regional Make-Ready Operations Manager to manage apartment turn over for our Main Line Region. We're looking for someone with the ability to handle all aspects of maintenance.
The Regional Make-Ready Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the Production Team while implementing creative and cost-effective procedures to complete Make Readies. They will also maintain a positive work environment, motivate and train the team, and cultivate a team atmosphere.
The model candidate will have hands on experience performing all aspects of maintenance, completing move out and move in inspections, managing the make-ready process, maintaining after hours coverage as needed, and maintaining time and production records.
Regional Make-Ready Operations Manager Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Assuring that new move ins have an A+ experience
• Supervising , and coordinating the activities of the Production Team
• Coordinate and implement regular training and refresher sessions
• Generating, updating and distributing production schedule weekly
• Communicating and scheduling with all needed vendors and contractors
• Maintaining required records such as material usage, supplies, time, production and other reports
• Performing a wide range of technical maintenance and repair operations, including grounds, snow removal, HVAC, pools, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting
• Training and developing new maintenance team members as needed
• Completing and assisting with pre move out, move out/Security Deposit, pre move in, and move in inspections
• Regular meetings with regional maintenance supervisor and property managers to discuss current and future move-outs
• Coordinating renovations with Regional Maintenance Supervisor and Regional Property Manager
Regional Make-Ready Operations Manager Requirements:
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong work ethic
• Stable, progressive work history and 5+ years’ experience in the property maintenance industry
• Previous management experience supervising a team
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
