UCH is seeking an enthusiastic and career‑driven Regional Property Management Support person ready to grow within a fast‑paced and rewarding property management company. Regional Property Management Support Duties:

  • Build and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction through exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Conduct project research, analyze data, and prepare organized project presentations
  • Manage and support all day-to-day property functions
  • Perform leasing, administrative and marketing functions, including prospect engagement, lease processing, and resident communications.
  • Maintain desired occupancy rates through strong resident retention as well as attracting new residents to the property
  • Identify solutions and resolve resident and customer concerns in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist the regional management team with reporting, compliance requirements, audits and special projects
  • Conduct move-in, move-out, annual, and routine property inspections while partnering with onsite teams to implement preventive maintenance strategies that enhance resident satisfaction and minimize service disruptions
  • Support the management and operation of clubhouse facilities and community amenities as needed
  • Provide coverage for key property positions when necessary, including Property Management, Leasing, Maintenance Coordinator, and Production Manager roles

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A stable, progressive work history and experience in leasing/property management
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and handle the pressures of a fast-paced industry
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Property Management and/or Hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively implement the goals and objectives of the company
  • Flexibility with hours and days worked; weekend availability required
